We offer the option to customize your products with your initials, up to a maximum of 3 characters. Each piece is handcrafted, giving it a unique touch, but this also means that some imperfections may occur during the customization process.
We do not provide a warranty for customization, but if your product has defects that do not meet our quality standards, we are here to help. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please remember that in case of defects, we will replace the product, but no refunds will be issued.
Keep in mind that with prolonged use, personalized monograms may fade. This is not considered a manufacturing defect, but rather a natural wear and tear.
