We offer free shipping on purchases over $1,500 within Mexico. If you’re in Mexico City, delivery takes between 1 to 3 business days, while outside the city it can take between 3 to 5 days.

Note: Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow every step of your package.

Shipping of Personalized Products
For personalized products, we take a little more time (but it’s worth it); they are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are specially customized for you.

Check Your Address Before Buying

Make sure your address is correct before confirming your purchase, as once the order is processed, we won’t be able to modify the address or cancel the order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
