We process orders within 24 hours, so get ready to receive your package. If you are in Mexico City (CDMX), shipping takes between 1 to 3 business days, while outside the city it may take between 3 to 5 days. Enjoy free shipping on purchases over $1500 within Mexico.

For customized products, we take a little extra time (but it’s worth it); they are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that customized products cannot be exchanged or returned, as we personalize them specifically for you. -

We do not provide a warranty for customization, but if your product has defects that do not meet our quality standards, we are here to help. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please remember that in case of defects, we will replace the product, but no refunds will be issued.
Keep in mind that with prolonged use, personalized monograms may fade. This is not considered a manufacturing defect, but rather a natural wear and tear.
